Employees appointed with the<br \/>\nmodifiers \u201cClinical\u201d or \u201cProfessional Practice\u201d shall be eligible for promotion. Employees<br \/>\nappointed with the modifier \u201cVisiting\u201d shall not be eligible for promotion.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"noborder center\">What Does This Mean?<\/h3>\n<p>All of the following positions are eligible for promotion.
