In the<br \/>\ndocument, the changes are listed in red &#8211; either as additions (<ins>underlined<\/ins>) or<br \/>\ndeletions (<del>strikethrough<\/del>).<\/p>\n<p>These are the highlights of the changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Release Time<\/li>\n<li>Salaries\n<ul>\n<li>Retention Increase of 1%, with a minimum of $800.<\/li>\n<li>Department Merit of 0.5%.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion Increases raised to 12% and 14%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Distinguisehd University Professor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For your reading pleasure, below is the document upon which both parties agreed and upon which<br \/>\nyou will vote.
