No Administration Sharing: We do not share, lease, sell, or disclose your personal email address or membership details to the Florida International University (FIU) administration, the Board of Trustees, or any third-party advertisers.
Florida Public Records Law Exclusion: Because UFF-FIU is a private employee organization and not a state agency, our internal membership rosters, email listservs, and personal communications are not subject to Florida Public Records requests under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Registering your personal (non-FIU) email ensures your union communications remain strictly private and outside the scope of public records requests.
