Collective Bargaining Agreement 2015-2018

Overwhelmingly Ratified

• The UFF-FIU overwhelmingly ratified (131-8) the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on
  February 3 and 4, 2016.
• The FIU Board of Trustees unanimously ratified the same proposed
  agreement on February 10, 2016.

We extend our gratitude to Alan Gumerson, chair of the UFF-FIU bargaining team, and Meredith Newman, chair of the FIU Administration team, and their respective bargaining teams for working long hours to make this happen. Congratulations to both bargaining teams!
