The members of the bargaining unit, meaning all faculty for which the collective bargaining agreement covers, are invited to vote thumbs up or thumbs down on ratifying the language.

The proposed changes for the 2024-25 bargaining session are:
- Retention increase of 1.5%, with a minimum of $1500.
- A merit bonus based on last year’s evaluation. Those faculty who received
- Overall Satisfactory and Good receive $1000,
- Overall Very Good receive $1500, and
- Overall Outstanding receive $2000.
- A re-commitment to the 2026-2027 raises detailed in the CBA
