On Wednesday, September 4th and Thursday, September 5th, 2019 FIU faculty successfully voted to ratify the salary agreement reached between the UFF-FIU and FIU administration bargaining teams. The official result of the ratification vote was 138 “Yes” votes to 5 “No” votes. The University Board of Trustees (BOT) was set to vote on the agreement during their September 5th meeting.
